AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT AT THE 2025 NZHPA CONFERENCE

• Wednesday 16 April 2025 - Abstract submissions open
• Wednesday 23 July 2025  - Deadline for abstract submissions at 5.00pm (New Zealand time)
  
• End of August 2025 - Accepted / Decline notifications will commence

• All authors must have the opportunity to review and approve the abstract prior to submission. 
  
• ALL contributing authors have be listed on the submitted abstract and in the submission portal
  
• All presenters, other than those specifically sponsored, or those advised by the Conference Convenor as being registration fee exempt, are required to register for the conference, for at least the day of their presentation.
• If accepted, a condition of submission is all abstracts may be published in the conference app.
• Presenters are responsible for providing any handout material.
• Submissions will be assessed on content, quality, and relevance to the themes of the meeting.
