The Waitematā pharmacy team would like to welcome you to the 2025 NZHPA conference “Pushing Boundaries”

This year’s theme, "Pushing Boundaries", not only celebrates the innovative ways pharmacists across the motu are working but also challenges us all to act in a way that goes beyond what is established or expected.

We are particularly excited to welcome our keynote speaker Julianne Chong, anticoagulant stewardship pharmacist from Australia, who will share her groundbreaking work in optimizing anticoagulant use and improving patient safety.

One of the core values that we are weaving throughout this conference is the commitment to equity of access and outcomes. We must ensure that equity is embedded in all aspects of our work and we have endeavoured to consider equity across all our plenaries and workshops this year.

We hope that this conference provides you with new insights, meaningful connections, and the inspiration to continue pushing boundaries in your own practice.
