Registration Acknowledgement and Confirmation

All registrations will be acknowledged and confirmed by email. When registering, please use the email address you would like all conference correspondence sent to. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two working days, please contact the Registration Administrator - Jaimee McIntosh, jaimee@fp2.co.nz or call +64 27 320 7981.

Conditions of Sale for Live Streaming

Owing to the nature of live streaming an event, neither NZSHS or ForumPoint2 Conference Partners can be held responsible for any access, IT, internet, or Wi-Fi issues registered delegates may experience before, during or after the live broadcast.

It is assumed that each registered delegate has, to the best of their ability, ensured they can access the live broadcast.

 An individual registration is for one conference attendee only. You understand and agree that you are accessing the Conference virtual site for your own education and will not provide your log in details to another party or facilitate multiple people to view the Conference content via your device(s). An individual registration also provides individual access to the recorded version of the event.

 Individual log in details to access the virtual platform will be distributed on Wednesday 28 September. You are strongly encouraged to set-up your profile, privacy settings, add a profile photo, and familiarise yourself with the platform features prior to the conference commencement. 

Cancellations

No refunds will be available for registration cancellations to attend the virtual programme. The full virtual conference will be recorded and available for you to view at an alternative date until 31 December 2022. Your registration may also be transferred to another person without penalty prior to Wednesday 28 September 2022.

Privacy – Marketing

Personal information is collected on behalf of the New Zealand Sexual Health Society. A delegate list will be produced for the conference including name, organisation, and email address.  It will be distributed to conference attendees, conference partners and exhibitors, and provided to the New Zealand Sexual Health Society and future organisers of the New Zealand Sexual Health Society Conference. This list will not be provided by the New Zealand Sexual Health Society Organising Committee to any other third party.  Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate when asked during the registration process.

Data Protection 

The European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the 2022 New Zealand Sexual Health Society Conference is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, it will be necessary for you to provide consent for your personal information to be used for the purpose of conference registration. 

Payment

The preferred method of payment is by Visa or MasterCard. A direct credit payment option of your invoice is available until Wednesday 21 September 2022 only. Full payment must be received by Wednesday 28 September 2022 to activate access to the event.  All prices are quoted on the summary page in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments will show debit as ForumPoint2 Ltd.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure WindCave payment gateway with a high level of compliance.

By completing a registration for the New Zealand Sexual Health Society Conference, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the payment of your Registration Fee/s and will ensure prompt payment is provided by the bill payer.

Disclaimer

The information on the conference website is correct at the time of publication.  However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

ForumPoint2 and the New Zealand Sexual Health Society reserve the right to refuse entry.
