• Invoice – If your employer is paying, please ensure you have your PO number and email address ready to enter to ensure prompt payment is made. Payment must be received prior to the start of conference.

• Credit card – 10 days out from conference credit card payment will only be accepted as final catering numbers and arrangements have been made.
