How to complete multiple registrations;

• This first screen allows you to enter the names of all attendee/s
• Subsequent screens relate to the individual attendees details, you will be completing one attendee at a time until you get to the payment page 
• At the end of each attendee record, the system will prepopulate the next person’s name from your list
• Continue until all attendees details have been completed, you will then proceed to the payment selection

Once you submit your registration/s, the details will be checked and an invoice/s will be issued via a confirmation email within the next few days.

The GDPR was designed to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens' data privacy, and to reshape the way organisations across the EU region approach data privacy.

Whilst the Carbon and Energy Professionals New Zealand 2025 Conference is based in New Zealand and does not always have participants attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected.

Registration Data Processing Consent
In order to deliver this event, we need to collect your personal information. Some information is shared with other providers for the purposes of your attendance. Full details of what we share and with whom is listed in the Data Consent Policy. In accordance with data protection guidelines, we require your consent to do this; without it, we are unable to process your registration via this online form. Conference APP Visibility Consent

ForumPoint2 Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this conference registration, and this includes your visibility in the Attendee App. You are able to change your opt in or opt out selection at any time in the Attendee App.  

Full details of what information would be shared under the conference app is listed in the Data Consent Policy. In accordance with data protection guidelines, we require your consent to do this. Please contact paula@fp2.co.nz with any enquiries you may have.

Purchase Order #
If a PO Number is required by your organisation/bill payer to facilitate payment for your attendance at conference - please enter the PO Number on the payment page as you complete your registration. Confirmation of your attendance will be accompanied by an invoice for payment. 

Please note:  As the "Registered Attendee" it is still your responsibility to ensure that payment of your participation is paid in full prior to conference. Please ensure you settle or promptly forward all invoices to your Accounts Payable on receipt.

If your billing details differ from your primary information entered above, please enter these below. Each box must be completed and the organisation name is noted in full (ie the legal entity).

Please supply a contact name and number in case of an emergency during the time of the conference. An office number is not sufficient.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies that we should be aware of for medical or religious reasons only.
Please note, selected catering will cover a wide variety of tastes and preferences, and this will always include salads, fruit and healthy options. If you do have a specific intolerance which is not covered, please select other in the box below and enter your dietary information.

Please advise us of any medical conditions/mobility restrictions we need to be aware of e.g. epilepsy, asthma, wheelchair access etc.

Privacy Required: The Privacy Act 2020 provides that your name and contact details cannot be published (printed or supplied electronically) in the list of conference delegates for distribution to fellow delegates, exhibitors, or any other party without your consent.
