REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Carbon and Energy Professionals New Zealand (CEP), Bioenergy Association of New Zealand (BANZ), and Young Energy Professionals Network (YEPN) members along with CEP Partner Employees are entitled to CEP member discounts.  Eligibility for member rates will be checked prior to confirming registrations so please ensure your membership is paid and up to date when applying for the member rates. 

Register two or more attendees from the same organisation and receive a 10% discount on the second registration and subsequent registrations, discounts will be applied automatically at the time of registration.

Wish to attend virtually?

Virtual attendance can be secured using the same registration links as in-person attendance. Pricing is the same. Online connection details will be sent the day prior to the start of conference.

All prices shown below exclude GST and are shown in New Zealand Dollars.

Invoice – If your employer is paying, please ensure you have your PO number and email address ready to enter to ensure prompt payment is made. Payment must be received prior to the start of conference.

From 17 May 2025 only credit card payments will be accepted. If you wish to pay by invoice and bank transfer, please make sure you register before 17 May.

Credit card – Credit card payments will be subject to an additional processing fee of 3%.

Early bird registration fees apply until Wednesday 16 April 2025 (only the current fee pricing is shown on this page)
