Whilst the Waipa Networks Business Awards 2023 is based in New Zealand and does not always have participants attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected.

In order to deliver this event, we need to collect your personal information. Some information is shared with other providers for the purposes of your attendance. Full details of what we share and with whom is listed in the Data Consent Policy. In accordance with data protection guidelines, we require your consent to do this; without it, we are unable to process your ticket purchase via this online form. Tickets are being sold as individual ticket/s to ensure we capture your guest details correctly. A personalised ticket will be emailed to each of your guests 24 hours prior to event. If purchasing a table of 10 please select ten tickets in this section. Please note the maximum seating per table is 10 people.

The Cambridge Business Chamber is looking forward to welcoming all attendees to this event at Mystery Creek Bledisloe Room on Friday 21 April. Should government pandemic restrictions make this event impossible or impractical to host, the Cambridge Business Chamber has a contingency plan to enable this event to proceed virtually.

 

Delegate Cancellations and Refund Policy

Due to the upfront and fixed costs involved in preparing this important and prestigious event, any cancellations received after Wednesday 5 April, will not be refunded. Written cancellations received prior to the 5 April may receive up to a 50% refund at the discretion of the organising committee.

Privacy

Personal information is collected on behalf of Waipa Networks Business Awards and Cambridge Business Chamber for the purposes of running this event. Attendance information is collected for the purposes of contact tracing and may be disclosed to the Ministry of Health should the need arise.

Health & Safety

The event managers, ForumPoint2 Limited, in conjunction with the Cambridge Business Chamber and Mystery Creek will provide as safe and healthy environment as possible for all attendees at this event. This commitment extends to ensuring the Waipa Networks Business Awards 2023 operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness, or property damage. The Venue will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on site.

 

All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about any potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending this event. All attendees will need to:

 

·         Listen to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or read the health and safety document available from the ForumPoint2 team.

 

·         Ensure all health and safety concerns; and all accidents or near accidents are immediately reported to the onsite ForumPoint2 Health and Safety Officer

 

·         All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire event duration.

 

·         Please respect your own personal safety and that of other event attendees.

 

·         Event attendees will be required to check-in at the event for contact tracing should it be required.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at time of ticket purchase. All prices are quoted on the summary page in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments will show debit as ForumPoint2 Ltd.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure WindCave payment gateway with a high level of compliance. A 1.3% credit card fee will apply to all transactions on domestic credit cards, a 2.95% credit card fee will apply to all international cards or AMEX cards.
