Whilst the Waipa Networks Business Awards 2021 is based in New Zealand and does not always have participants attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected.

 

Registration Data Processing Consent

 

In order to deliver this event, we need to collect your personal information. Some information is shared with other providers for the purposes of your attendance. Full details of what we share and with whom is listed in the Data Consent Policy. In accordance with data protection guidelines, we require your consent to do this; without it, we are unable to process your registration via this online form. Tickets are being sold as individual ticket or tables of 8 (max seating). If purchasing a table of 8 please just select one ticket in this section.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please advise us of any dietary requirements for medical (listed below) or religious reasons so we can cater for these for you or members of your group.
Diary free, gluten free, halal, pregnant, vegan, vegetarian, anaphylatic - please detail EXACTLY what you are allergic to, EpiPen - required and carried, nut free - what nuts you have an allergy to AND if you carry an EipPen.
