Registration Acknowledgement and Confirmation
All registrations will be acknowledged and confirmed by email. When registering, please use the email address you would like all conference correspondence to be sent to. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within five working days, please contact the Registration Administrator  - Paula Armstrong, conference@fp2.co.nz


Attendee Cancellations and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to ForumPoint2 Conference Partners (conference@fp2.co.nz) and any refund decisions will be made in consultation with the organising committee.

If you are unable to attend:  You may assign your registration to another person, please contact ForumPoint2 Conference Partners (conference@fp2.co.nz) if you wish to do this.

Cancellation requests made between 9 May 2023 and 1 August 2023 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $35. Any cancellations after this date will be at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be made after the conclusion of the conference.

Changes in registration from face to face to virtual will not be eligible for a refund.

Summit Cancellation
Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa and ForumPoint2 Conference Partners are regularly monitoring the latest information from the New Zealand Government, Ministry of HealthWorld Health Organisation, and local Public Health Authorities; we advise attendees to review this information prior to registering for the Summit. If we are required to make any changes (refer below) or cancellations to our conference due to New Zealand Government regulations or restrictions in relation to COVID-19, attendees will be notified by email and registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

As New Zealand is still vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working to ensure there are options to deliver a great conference despite potential disruptions from the virus.

In New Zealand, we are able to plan major conferences and events for 2023 following  Government regulations, although we also need to continue our vigilance and maintain good hygiene and personal protection practices. We will endeavour to run an outstanding and safe Conference on 31 August 2023.

Privacy – Marketing
Personal information is collected on behalf of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa. An attendee list will be produced for the Conference including name, organisation, and email address.  It will be provided to Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa. This list will not be provided to any other third party.  Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate when asked during the registration process. Attendance information is collected for the purposes of being able to make contact with registered attendees and may be disclosed to the Ministry of Health should the need arise.

Data Protection
The European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa Conference is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have attendees or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, when you register online you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information in order to register for the conference.

Health & Safety 
The Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa, AUT  in conjunction with the ForumPoint2 Conference Partners will provide as safe and healthy an environment as possible for all attendees at the conference.

This commitment extends to ensuring the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa Conference operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness, or property damage. 

The Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on site at the AUT during the Conference.

All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about any potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending the conference. All attendees will need to:

●       Listen to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or read the health and safety document available at the AUT

●       Ensure all health and safety concerns; and all accidents or near accidents are immediately reported to the front desk or staff member at conference

●       All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire Conference duration;

●       Please respect your own personal safety and that of other Conference attendees and employees;

●       Attendees and speakers will be required to register on the first day of the Summit to confirm their presence on site at the AUT;

●       Attendees will adhere to any NZ Government regulations during this period of time.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at time of registration.  All prices are quoted on the summary page in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments will show debit as ForumPoint2 Ltd.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure WindCave payment gateway with a high level of compliance.

By completing a registration for the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa Conference you acknowledge that you are responsible for the payment of your Registration Fee/s and will ensure prompt payment is provided by the bill payer.

Insurance
Wellbeing Economy Alliance Aotearoa, organisers and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the conference. Attendees are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the Conference.

Air Travel and Transfers
Transfers to the conference venue are at your own cost and arrangement. 

Disclaimer
The information on the conference website is correct at the time of publication.  However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
