Registration Acknowledgement and Confirmation

All registrations will be acknowledged and confirmed by email.  When registering, please use the email address you would like all conference correspondence sent to.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days, please contact Jaimee McIntosh, jaimee@fp2.co.nz, Registration Administrator,  or call 027 320 7981.

Special Requirements (Dietary/Mobility)

To ensure a seamless conference experience for all, when completing your online registration form please provide specific details of any special dietary (medical or religious only), mobility or conditions we should be aware of the support/assist if required.

Conference Cancellation

USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc and ForumPoint2 Conference Partners are regularly monitoring the latest information from the Ministry of Health and World Health Organisation, along with local the Public Health Authorities and we advise attendees to review this information prior to registering for the conference. If we are required to make any changes or cancellations to our conference due to Government restrictions in relation to COVID-19, delegates will be notified by email and will be provided a full refund of their registration fee. 

Delegate Cancellations and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ForumPoint2 Conference Partners (jaimee@fp2.co.nz) and any refund decisions will made in consultation with the organising committee.

Cancellation - Medical 

USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc and ForumPoint2 Conference Partners take the health and safety of all our attendees, suppliers, and staff seriously. We follow the advice and guidance provided by the of Ministry of Health and local public health authorities.

USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc and ForumPoint2 request that any attendee who is feeling unwell, is a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, waiting for a COVID-19 test result, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, to not attend the conference. If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to jaimee@fp2.co.nz. A full refund will be provided, however you may be asked to provide additional details. Refunds will be made after the conclusion of conference.

Cancellation - Change of mind once registration has been completed

If you change your mind regarding your conference attendance, all cancellations must be made in writing and sent to ForumPoint2 Conference Partners (jaimee@fp2.co.nz). The organisers understand circumstances may change the impact COVID-19 may have on travel, therefore no administration fees will be charged for cancellations made prior to 18 January 2022. Cancellation requests made between 18 January and 10 February 2022 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $100. Any cancellations after this date will be at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be made after the conclusion of conference.

Privacy - Marketing

Personal information is collected on behalf of  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc. A delegate list will be produced for the conference including name, organisation, and email address.  It will be distributed to conference attendees, conference partners and exhibitors, and provided to  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc and future organisers of  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc conferences. This list will not be provided by the  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc Organising Committee to any other third party.  Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate when asked during the registration process. Attendance information is collected for the purposes of contact tracing and may be disclosed to the Ministry of Health should the need arise.

Data Protection 

The European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc Conference Auckland 2022 is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, when you register online you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information in order to register for the conference.

Health & Safety – More details here

The conference managers, ForumPoint2 Limited, in conjunction with the  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc Committee and Venues will provide a safe and healthy environment as possible for all attendees at the conference. This commitment extends to ensuring the  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc Conference Auckland 2022 operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness, or property damage. The Venue will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on site,

All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about any potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending conference. All attendees will need to:

  • Listen to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or read the health and safety document available at the registration desk
  • Ensure all health and safety concerns; and all accidents or near accidents are immediately reported to the onsite ForumPoint2 Health and Safety Officer
  • All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire conference duration.
  • Please respect your own personal safety and that of other conference delegates and employees.
  • Delegates and exhibitors will be required to scan in and out of the conference daily to allow for contact tracing should it be required.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at time of registration or by direct credit on receipt of invoice (account details will be included on your invoice).  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments will show debit as ForumPoint2 Ltd.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure WindCave payment gateway with a high level of compliance.

By completing a registration for the  USANZ New Zealand Section | New Zealand Urological Nurse Society Inc Meeting you acknowledge that you are responsible for the payment of your Registration Fee/s and will ensure prompt payment is provided by the bill payer.

Insurance 

The organisers and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the conference. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the conference.

Disclaimer

The information on the conference website is correct at the time of publication.  However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
