Please note payment is required by credit card or invoice - payable on receipt of invoice.
If you need to supply a Purchase Order number and billing email please have these handy to complete your registration. 
Payment must be received by 1 April 2026 at the latest to secure your attendance at the Conference.

In accordance with data protection guidelines, we require your consent to do this; without it, we are unable to process your registration via this online form.

If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the Primary Email field and your own email address in the Additional Email field. All correspondence will be sent to both email addresses unless otherwise advised.

Billing Information

Purchase Order #
If a PO Number is required by your organisation/bill payer to facilitate payment for your attendance at conference - please supply the PO Number/Details below.  Confirmation of your attendance will be accompanied by an invoice for payment. 

Please note:  As the "Registered Attendee" it is still your responsibility to ensure that payment of your participation is paid in full prior to conference.  Please ensure you settle or promptly forward all invoices to your Accounts Payable on receipt.

If your billing details differ from your primary information entered above, please enter these below. Each box must be completed and the organisation name is noted in full (ie the legal entity).


Emergency Contact Details

Please supply a contact name and number in case of an emergency during the time of the conference. An office number is not sufficient.


Dietary Requirements

Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies that we should be aware of.
Please note, selected catering will cover a wide variety of tastes and preferences, and this will always include salads, fruit and healthy options. If you do have a specific intolerance which is not covered, please select other in the box below and enter your dietary information.
