REGISTRATION
We invite you to book for the Full Conference so you can experience the fabulous range of presentations and speakers the Conference will provide and also network with colleagues over the three days.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

NZARE members:

You have to be a paid up NZARE member this year (July 2017-2018) to be able to obtain NZARE discounted rates when you register. If you need to confirm your membership please contact the NZARE office

 

Please note there will be no refunds provided if you pay your membership after you complete your registration to the Conference.

 

Students:

You must be at least half-time enrolled and not more than half time employed

 

Retired:

You must be over 65 years of age and not more than half time employed

Full Conference Registration

Registration for the three days covers:

·        One ticket to Dinner Evening at the Narrows Landing with entertainment

·        One ticket to Spotlight on Publications/Cocktail Function

·        One ticket to NZARE AGM and Breakfast

·        Conference bag and inclusions

·        Opportunity to purchase a conference programme ($12.90)

One Day Registration

Registration for one day covers:

·        Access to all conference sessions on day of registration

·        Daily morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea on day of registration

·        Conference bag and inclusions

·        Opportunity to purchase tickets to:

o   Opportunity to purchase a conference programme ($12.90)

o   Dinner Evening at the Narrows Landing with entertainment

o   Spotlight on Publications/Cocktail Function

Please note: Day registrations do not include admittance to social functions. Tickets to all events may be purchased in addition to the Day Registration Fee.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST.

 

Please note that payment must accompany your registration form, your place will not be confirmed until payment has been received. All invoices must be paid prior to the start of conference.

 

Electronic transfer within New Zealand
Bank of New Zealand, Account Name: NZARE17, account: 02-0316-0494019-004. Please include your name in the “Particulars” and your phone number in the “Reference” section of the transfer.

 

Please note: To avoid embarrassment at time of conference, Early Bird Registrations MUST be paid by 20 October 2017 or the registration fee will revert to the Standard Registration fee. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference. NO facility to receive payments is available onsite at the time of the conference.

 

Credit Card 

MasterCard or Visa (American Express and Diners are not accepted). If paying by credit card, a 2.5% surcharge on total amount of purchase applies.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All registrations will be acknowledged by email, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to and please write clearly. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the team at ForumPoint2.

 

REGISTRATION DESK LOCATION AND OPENING TIMES

Your registration pack will be available for collection from the Conference Registration desk: which will be open throughout the conference:

Monday:       8.00am - 4.30pm       S Block Ground Floor Foyer

Tuesday:       8.00am - 4.30pm       S Block Ground Floor Foyer

Wednesday: 8.00am - 1.00pm       S Block Ground Floor Foyer

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Please give details on your registration form of any dietary preference or disability assistance required.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

The University of Waikato has identified a range of emergencies that may arise including fire, earthquake, medical emergency, acts of violence, bomb threat, severe weather, utilities failure and suspicious persons. The emergency procedures for these events are outlined in this document. University of Waikato Emergency Procedures

 

All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire conference duration.

 

Please note the University of Waikato is a smoke free zone.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed to ForumPoint2, the Conference Managers. You may assign your registration to another person.

 

If you are unable to attend, the following cancellation fees apply:

·       Before 10 November: Refund less $50.00 administration fee. After this date refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee.

·       All refund payments will be made following the conference

·       You may assign your registration to another person BUT all substitutions must be notified by email to conference@fp2.co.nz

 

INSURANCE

Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

 

DISCLAIMER

In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility.

 

The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information.

 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
